Yes there is drop off service in LAX but for Las Vegas you will need to arrange your own transportation.
Airport drop-off:
Drop-off in Los Angeles:
The tour normally returns to Los Angeles between 6:30pm - 7:00pm, but there may be a 30-60 minute delay caused by some special circumstances, such as bad weather condition, traffic jam, etc.
We offer the complimentary airport drop-off service, guests who wish to fly out of LAX on the same day must please book a U.S. domestic flight after 9:30pm. and international flight after 10:30pm.
Drop-off in Las Vegas:
We recommend taxi services for guest flying out of McCarran International Airport. Taxis can be arranged for USD 10 and takes about 10 minutes. Please book your flight after 2:00pm.

A friend and I are looking to do this tour on 14 November starting from Las Vegas, but our flight into Las Vegas doesn't get into LAS until 7:21 pm, so we will miss the 7:30pm meeting with the tour guide. Can we still check into the hotel included in the tour on 14 Nov, but do the first meet-up with the guide on 15 November in the morning?
Can we pre-book and secure a place in any of the optional activities such as Grand Canyon helicopter ride and Lake Powell Cruise? It would be a shame to pay for the trip, but find we can't get into the activities we would like to do. We are travelling from Australia and are not likely to ever get to do this trip again.
As we are travelling from overseas we will have 1 large suitcase and 1 standard size international carry-on case each. Will this be a problem fitting on the bus?
The language for this tour is noted as Chinese, English. Can you confirm that the driver and guides will speak fluent English so both Chinese and English speaking attendees get the best experience or is the tour tailored more for Chinese speaking people?
Will the tour guide be showing us anything on the day 4 bus trip to San Francisco and are there regular meal and bathroom breaks?

Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
Guests who do use a CITY PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possibly need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Please be noted that you need to pay the total price for this tour if you would like to book this tour package.
